Notification No. 1/2015 under the CPC Scheme 2011 dated 10-July-2015 vide which CBDT extends the time limit for submitting ITR-V forms relating to e-returns (without digital signature ) for AY 2013-14 (filed in FY 2014-15) and AY 2014-15 (filed on or after April 1, 2014 till June 30, 2015); ITR-V forms can be submitted up to October 31, 2015 or within a period of 120 days from the date of uploading e-return, whichever is later.
