Latest List of Documents Required for DVAT Registration

1. DVAT 04- Application for registration duly signed by authorized signatory.
2. Form A- Application under CST registration duly signed by authorized signatory.
3. Address proof of Dealer.
4. A utility bill for address proof.
5. If premises is rented then NOC is required from land lord.
6. A cancelled cheque.
7. List of items to be traded in. {Five Required}
8. Resolution for authorization. {Only in Case of Companies}
9. Copy of MOA/AOA of the Company.
10. Identity proof/address proof/ 3 photographs of all the directors/authorized signatory.
11. Court fees of Rs. 25/-. {Now Payable on Challan Mode Only}
12. Stamp paper of Rs. 1,000/-. {Now Payable on Challan Mode Only}
13. Copy of registration certificate of other states, if any.
14. Power of Attorney in favour of representative filing the papers. {CA / Advocate etc.}
