Date for ITC Verification extended till December 31, 2020 by Rajasthan Govt.

The Input Tax Credit (ITC) Verification date was extended until December 31, 2020, by the Rajasthan Commercial Taxes Department.

According to section 18(2) of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 read with section 174 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Commissioner, Commercial Taxes Rajasthan Jaipur, Abhishek Bhagotia is permitted to amend the Notification No. F.16 (100) Tax/CCT/14. 15/726 dated June 20, 2017.

The Commissioner, Commercial Taxes Rajasthan Jaipur has amended the Notification No. F.16 (100) Tax/CCT/14. 15/726 dated June 20, 2017, by substituting the expressions in clause 1, for the existing expression “30.09.2020” the expression “31.12.2020”. The amendment means that the department has extended the date of ITC Verification from September 30, 2020, to December 31, 2020.
