Due Date for Haryana VAT Quarter III of AY 15-16 extended to 15th February, 2016
ORDER
Consequent upon implementation of electronic governance under sub section (1) of section 54-A of the Haryana Value Added Tax Act, 2003 vide order dated 05.08.2015, I am satisfied that circumstances exist for extension of period prescribed for furnishing of online quarterly returns.
Therefore, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under sub section (3) of section 54-A of the Haryana Value Added Tax Act, 2003 and in pursuance of approval of the Government conveyed vide No. 3293/ACS E8&T dated 03.02.2016, I, Shyamal Misra, IAS, Excise & Taxation Commissioner, Haryana, do hereby extend the period for filing online quarterly returns for the quarter ending 31.12.2015, upto 15.02.2016.
