The central board of direct taxes has extended the date for submission of tax deducted at source/tax collected at source for the month of October 2014, keeping in mind the festive season and weekend during the first month of October which has just started. The date has been extended to 10th October 2014. This extension has been allowed vide order. F.No. 385/10/2014-IT(B)issued by the central board of direct taxes.
