Location: Chennai / Noida | Designation: AM / DM / Manager / Senior Manager / Group Manager
Band: E2/ E3/E4 | Experience: 2 to 10 years
Qualification: Qualified Experienced CA / ICWA,In case CA fresher (Rank holder / First Attempt only will be processed)
Skills: Financial Planning, Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting
The ideal candidate should possess:
| • | Good working knowledge in Financial Planning and Analysis function |
| • | Exposure to Annual planning, MIS reporting , weekly and monthly forecasting |
| • | Ability to work with leadership as a business partner to meet budgetary goals |
| • | Good in tracking and monitoring of revenue and profit forecasting and profit improvement plan |
| • | Persuasive in dealing with Management, Peer Groups and Co-workers |
| • | Good analytical and communication skills |
| • | Good hands on working on excel and power point. |
| • | Good eye for detail |
| • | Good client-interfacing skills |
| • | At senior level expect the person to coach, mentor and develop teams |
| • | Ready to travel onsite for short-term projects |
| • | Knowledge of SAP would be preferred. |
| • | Should have exposure to working in IT/ITES sector preferred. |
| • | Candidates from good Telecom/ large corporate with a good exposure in Financial Planning function also welcome. |
