The time for conducting Extra-Ordinary General Meetings through Video Conferencing has extended by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) till the date of 31st December 2020.
All the activities like the filing of forms related to creation or modification of charges under the Companies Act, 2013 and the time for conducting EGMs through Video Conference or Other Audio-Visual Means has been extended to December 31st, 2020, by this new announcement.
And also the relaxation to conduct all the Board meetings to approve its financial statements through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) was extended by the Ministry till September 30th, 2020.
