Any Registered Participant who wishes to register for the membership or course(s) or any other paid item/service has to pay the applicable Fee upon demand. A full fee can be accessed through our website.
Fee once paid is refundable within 24 hours if the content is not downloaded due to system issues and we haven’t provided digital copy of the same on customer intimation at our email i.e. admin@charteredonline. All cancellation requests are required to be made by mail to: admin@charteredonline.in. The cancellation request must contain the following: Order Reference , Number and Reason for cancellation.
