Here’s how to register as a Real Estate Agent (REA) under Delhi RERA:

Pre-requisites:

• You should be a resident of Delhi.
• You must have a PAN Card and Aadhaar Card.

Steps for Registration:

1. Visit the Delhi RERA Website: Go to the official website of Real Estate Regulatory Authority for NCT of Delhi: https://rera.delhi.gov.in/node/1337.
2. Registration Tab: Click on the “Registration” tab located at the top of the homepage.
3. Select Agent Registration: You will be given three options: Projects (Application by Promoter), Real Estate Agent, and Purchaser. Choose the “Real Estate Agent” option.
4. Pre-registration Form: The system will redirect you to a page for a pre-registration form.
5. Fill in Details: Enter your required details, including your name, email ID, address, mobile number, and date of birth.
6. Sign Up and Login: Complete the sign-up process and log in to the portal using your credentials.
7. Application Form: Fill out the online application form for RERA registration.
8. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of the following documents:
   • PAN Card
   • Aadhaar Card
   • Photograph
   • Registration proof (Partnership Deed or Certificate of Incorporation, if applicable)
   • Business PAN Card (if applicable)
   • Authenticated copy of address proof for your place of business (commercial)
   • ITR for the last 3 years
   • Local Delhi Address Proof (commercial)
   • Certificate of Competency
9. Fee Payment: Pay the registration fee online. The fee is Rs.10,000 for individuals and Rs.50,000 for non-individual applicants.
10. Form Submission: Submit the completed application form with uploaded documents and fee payment.
11. Scrutiny and Verification: The RERA authority will scrutinize your application and documents. They may contact you for further information if required.
12. Registration Approval: Upon successful verification, you will receive a Registration Certificate and a unique RERA registration number.
